  16. There is no "top" to the World-Wide Web. You can look at it from many
  17. points of view. If you have no other bias, here are some places to
  18. start:

  20. by Subject[1]   A classification by subject of interest. Incomplete
  21.                 but easiest to use.

  23. by Type[2]      Looking by type of service (access protocol, etc) may
  24.                 allow to find things if you know what you are looking
  25.                 for.
